Projects
Go Gas Building, Ramdaspet, Nagpur:
- Demolition of the entire G+2 basements having slab thickness of 200MM and column sizes (1000X750) MM.
- Slab area – 2,500 M2 and concrete of 2,000 M3.
- Dismantling the structure depending on the lifting capacity of cranes & trailer allowable dimensions.
- Safety was the major concern as site was in the middle of City at Ramdaspet, Nagpur behind hotel Centre Point. We were Not allowed to keep the cut pieces on the road because of NMC Norms so we had manage to remove those pieces in the night itself with our trailers and shifted them 10 kms away at Jamatha.
- The duration of the project was 25 days we did achieve within time, it was a huge achievement
First City, MIHAN, Nagpur
- We were the Project planning, Technical support for the execution agency.
- Rebarring of 25,000 No’s
- 12MMdia for podium and16MMdia with a depth of 450mm at shear walls.
- Entire procedures and standards were followed as per ETA.
- Job Executed within time and both the jobs were done parallel.
Tata Trillium, Medical Chowk, Nagpur:
- Rebarring of 25,000 bars at bottom Raft for parking area.
- The job was required to be completed within the time of 10 days and we did it as per the requirement of the client in the given span of 10 days.
